Please note that due to the Covid-19 pandemic, your order could take longer than usual to arrive. We’re moving as fast as we can to get your hair goodies to you quickly. Please bear with us and let us know if you haven’t received it after 10 working days
Not happy with your purchase?
We offer hassle-free returns, simply contact us at email@example.com to request a returns form, and include the completed form in the parcel with the item(s) you want to return
Make sure that you get a proof of postage receipt from the post office.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
All returns are evaluated before being processed.
If you want to return any item(s) we will happily refund you for any items you return to us in an unused and resalable condition within 28 days of receipt.
This excludes the following:
- perishable items
- items personalised for you
- sealed products which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery (unless these items were damaged or faulty when delivered to you or have been incorrectly delivered)
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Did you know?
Our shipping boxes and packaging are both 100% biodegradable so pop it in your compost or in with your food waste. The packing nuts we use are also starch-based and biodegradable too!
